Privacy Statement
cowork.com, LLC. (cowork.com) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from users of our website, located at cowork.com (the "Site") and online service ("Service").
Privacy Statement Overview
Your privacy is important to us and cowork.com is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and the information that You share in connection with Our Service. Our Privacy Notice describes how We share and transfer Personal Data (defined in the Privacy Policy below) that You voluntarily provide Us, and Our Privacy Policy provides a more detailed description of how We collect, process and manage Your Personal Data and informs You of Your rights with respect to the privacy practices associated with the use and disclosure of Personal Data through the Site and Service.
What Information We Collect
We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide such as your name, email address, and any other contact or identifying information you choose to provide. We may also collect data automatically through your use of our Site and Service, including device information, IP address, and usage patterns.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We may also use your data to communicate with you, respond to your inquiries, and send promotional materials.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site and Service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required to comply with laws or protect our legal rights.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the instructions in those messages.
Security
cowork.com implements reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no online service is 100% secure, and we encourage you to take steps to protect your information.
MCP, API integrations, and third-party AI assistants
When you connect cowork.com to external assistants (for example via the Model Context Protocol to Claude, or via our REST API and ChatGPT Actions), those services may request data that you authorize—such as workspace names, agent listings, PlayLoop summaries, library items, and messages you send through integration tools.
We do not use your connected-assistant conversations for advertising, and we do not collect extraneous conversation content from the host AI platform beyond what is needed to fulfill the tool or API request you initiated. Responses from our integration APIs are generated in line with your account and workspace data; we retain that data according to our normal service practices (for example, chat messages you send through CoWork are stored in your workspace history).
You can revoke access at any time by revoking your integration API key in dashboard settings, revoking OAuth tokens via our OAuth revoke endpoint, or disconnecting the app in the third-party product. For more detail, see our documentation at cowork.com/docs/integrations.
Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our data handling practices. Please review this page periodically.
